During our first visit in Las Terrenas in 1997, we fell under the charm of this small tropical paradise, both for its extraordinary landscapes and for its softness of living and the kindness of the Dominicans.
Several visits were made until the decision that will change our life: come to live in Las Terrenas!
It was in July 2013 that we acquired our shop "La Casa de La Prensa" in the Paseo place which allowed us to meet locals, residents and tourists and to build our network.
As of April 2015, we have completed our activity by integrating a real estate agency established for 15 years in Las Terrenas. We were thus able to understand the specificities of the Dominican market and to build a solid experience in the sale, rental and property management. We have fostered an approach of proximity and support with our customers and developed real friendly relations.
At the beginning of 2019, we founded our family-owned agency with the desire to accompany each of our clients as a duo, offering attentive and personalized service built on genuine human relationships and trust.
